Uninstalling & reinstalling doesnt work. I've tried it and wasted a lot of time as i needed to redownload the update before i could even launch the game. Now my connection is tethered using my phone and bandwidth aint cheap (and not fast either). I'm still stuck and havent been able to play FUT till today. Googling around, i tried almost all suggestions to no avail. Some of the sort of believable solutions were; 1) deleting the fifa18 squad update in settings; 2) trying over and over again. Sharing those in case any of the readers of this thread want to try it out instead of reinstalling the game.
